Description

A crepes made from banana with sweet strawberry jam and cream . Perfect for desert

Ingredients

Crepe ingredients

100 g medium-protein flour
1 table spoon sugar starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg + 200 ml liquid milk
1 tablespoon margarine , melt it
3 bananas, steam , cutlike ball with 1/2 cm depth


Sauce ingredients

50 gr strawberry jam
150 ml water + 25 g sugar
1 teaspoon lemon water
7 drops red chili color dying
1 teaspoon corn flour , 1 teaspoon water , solvent for coagulation
Shake cream for complement

Cooking Steps

Crepe : Stir flour, sugar starch, salt regularly

Mix egg and liquid milk , stir regularly , pour flour mixing little by little while
it stirred until slick.Put margarine , stir regularly
Make thin layer in frying pan with 10 cm diameter. Separate it
Sauce: heat strawberry jam and water until boil, add sugar , lemon water,
and red chili dye, stir regularly

Stiff it with corn flour , cook until popping

Take a layer , give banana , fold it like triangle

Serve it with strawberry jam and cream spray

 

Summary

If not served yet . Keep it into closed jar so the crepe won't dry
