5. Smear muffin with glaze ingredients. Close with muffin remaining. Smear it again with glaze
6. Topping: Heaten the thick cream. Turn off fire. Put butter and dark cooking chocolate cut. Stir until dissolve. Let it a bit thick
7. Smear on the muffin's surface
