Preparation
IngredientsCake Ingredients 12 yolks and 1 egg white ¼ tea spoon salt and 100 grams sugar 50 grams cake flour 15 grams corn flour and 10 grams milk powder 100 grams margarine; melt
Coating 50 grams plain butter and 25 grams marmalade 1/8 tea spoon orange essence 75 grams sweetened condensed milk
Topping 250 grams plastic icing Yellow coloring and 10 grams butter cream

Cooking Steps
For coating: mix plain butter until soft. Add marmalade and orange essence. Mix well. Pour sweetened condensed milk. Mix again. Set aside.
For cake: mix egg, sugar, and salt until blow up. Add cake flour, corn flour, and milk powder; mix well.
Pour melting margarine little by little; and stir slowly.
Pour into mould 30x25x3 cm which already coat with margarine and baking paper.
Oven 20 minutes with temperature 190˚C
Take the cake and coat with coating cream. Roll it and compact it.
Take a little plastic icing adds yellow coloring. Stir well.
Mix yellow and white plastic icing; milled thin.
Coat roll cake with butter cream (thin) and coating with plastic icing.
