30 gr cornmeal flour
50 ml thick cream
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon lemon essence
1/8 teaspoon vanilla essence

Topping Ingredients:
150 gr fresh strawberry
1 kiwi + 100 gr can peach
2 tablespoon soft apricot jam and 1 tablespoon warm water, dissolve for dabbing
