Pastry Ingredients

100 g medium protein flour
1 egg + 1/4 teaspoon salt
250 ml liquid milk
1/2 tablespoon margarine , melt softly

Content Ingredients


2 Garlics , chop finely
4 onion , chop finely
300 gr potato , chop square , fry it
150 g carrot , slice softly
100 g beans, slice diagonally
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar + 150 ml water
2 Celery stem , slice softly
2 tablespoon margarine for sauting

Dipping Dough

3 eggs, shake it + 150 g rough bread flour
oil for frying

Cooking Steps

Content: Saute garlics and onion until fragrant, add potato , carrot , bean. Stir until withered

Put water , salt , pepper powder , nutmeg powder , sugar , cook until
soaked , add celery , stir regularly

Pastry: Stir pastry ingredients regularly , make thin layers on frying pan , separate it

Take a piece of pastry , put the content , fold and roll it

Dip into the egg,  and roll it into rough bread flour
Fry it until done
