100 g margarine
75 g salt butter
150 g sugar flour
1/4 teaspoon salt + 1 egg yolk
100 g peeled peanut , put into oven , let it cold , blend softly
150 g low protein flour
30 g chocolate powder
20 g milk powder
1 teaspoon spekkuk spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
15 g peanut, put into oven , mince roughly for sprinkle

Glaze Ingredients

2 tablespoon albumin
100 g sugar flour
1/4 teaspoon lemon water

Cooking Steps

1. Shake margarine, salt butter,sugar flour and salt for 30 secs. Add egg yolk. Shake regularly. Add peanut , stir regularly
2. Add flour, chocolate powder, milk powder, spekkuk spice, and baking powder while sifted and stirred regularly
3. Mill 2/3 dough 0.6 cm.print with 4 cm diameter ring. Mill dough remains with 0.3 cm thick. Print diameter 2 cm. Put it into brass smeared by margarine
4. Put big cookies into oven with 150 celcius degree for 25 minutes until cooked
5. Sprinkle peanut over small cookie. Put into oven with 150 celcius degree until cooked
6. Glaze : Shake albumin until half grow. Add sugar flour little by little while shaken until thick. Add lemon water , shake regularly
7. Stick small cookies over big cookies with glaze
8. Decorate the edge with glaze

Press peanut sprinkle a bit to prevent it getting loose
