Food Supplement, Need it or not?
Does food supplement consumption habit becomes trend of the selebrities or executive? Don't know. What is clear, now, more and more people is working in area with high level of stress so that health easy to decline.
Without food supplement, they feel less something and as a result body becomes less fit to do daily activity. Food supplement controversion versus sufficient nutrient number maybe confuse public a little. For example Vitamin C is specified 60 mg one day. Though, some food supplement contains vitamin C 500 mg or 1000 mg.
Expert of high dose vitamin C like Linus Pauling said that 60 mg a day only useful to prevent skorbut. Meanwhile, vitamin C requirement each day is fluctuation, depends on condition of body. If body impenetrability is low, cholesterol tends to be high.
That thing makes high dose vitamin C needed, to solve the problem. In case of that, our body itself will arrange
how much vitamin C requirement.
Other opinion mentions that high dose vitamin C is extravagance because vitamin C cannot be kept by body. Excess of vitamin C will be thrown through dismissal channel, even abundant vitamin C consumption can cause diarrhoea.

Meanwhile, some of publics struggles to look for rice for its children which low nutrient. Have never thought up in their mind to consume food supplement. For people who doesn't have economics limitation, healthy life can be reached by applying consumption pattern fulfilling nutrient condition, either in quality also quantity (nutrient balance).
Consumption variety becomes main prerequisite to live healthy. Actually, those faction doesn't require food supplement to fulfill nutrient sufficiency. Basically, food supplement only become requirement for people who eats pattern is not regular, unfavourable appetite, has just recovered from disease, etc.
